We use E.P.A. registered products, follow the label directions and use the utmost care when it comes to you and your family’s safety. Children and pets should not be in the area that we are treating or on the treated area until dry.
You can stay home during your regular monthly or alternate monthly services. However, you may need to leave for up to 4-hours when we service inside the premises.
If you see a few ants or one mouse, those few ants or one mouse have many counterparts lurking where you can’t see them. Left untreated you could have a crisis.
It is usual to see an increase in insect activity right after our service. We stand behind all of our work. Should any problems arise after several days, we will return at NO CHARGE, just give us a call.
All of the materials used in our pest management programs are designed for all weather conditions. We have products available like granules, baits, and traps etc that we can use.
Remember, for us to maintain control, we must perform all of our services. When we do our best job all pests controlled in and around the premises.
We use low odor materials so lingering offensive odors will not be an issue in and around your environment.
You can expect us on your next regular scheduled service. However, if you have a pest problem we will come back sooner.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced services may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
